The GIMPA-TEIN presents a landmark leadership ceremony celebrating the transition from one generation of leaders to another. The programme will honour the legacy of past leadership, inaugurate the incoming Executive and formally launch the organisation’s Constitution as a framework for accountable, inclusive and responsible leadership. The ceremony is a renewed commitment to service, democratic participation, institutional continuity and the future of GIMPA-TEIN. The torch is passed. The legacy continues. The mandate is renewed
