GIMPA TEIN executives meet to finalize strategic plans and coordinate activities for the new academic year.

The executive committee of GIMPA-TEIN convened for an intensive strategic planning session on January 10, 2025, to finalize preparations for the new academic year. The session, which brought together all portfolio holders and patrons, focused on coordinating activities, aligning objectives, and ensuring seamless execution of the chapter's ambitious plans.

Under the leadership of President Ishmael Jabaz Anamoh and Vice President Adomako Ebenezer, the executives reviewed proposals from various committees, discussed resource allocation, and established clear timelines for implementing key programs.

Strategic Priorities

The planning session identified several strategic priorities for the academic year, with emphasis on political education, community engagement, and strengthening institutional partnerships. Each portfolio holder presented detailed work plans that were scrutinized and refined through collaborative discussion.

  • Launch of comprehensive political education series
  • Expansion of community outreach programs
  • Strengthening alumni engagement and mentorship
  • Enhanced communication and digital presence
  • Institutional partnerships with other campus organizations
  • Resource mobilization and financial sustainability

Coordinated Approach

One of the key outcomes of the session was the emphasis on coordination and collaboration among different committees. The executives agreed on mechanisms for regular communication, shared responsibilities for major events, and mutual support across portfolios.

This coordinated approach ensures that the chapter's activities are not siloed but rather form part of a coherent strategy that maximizes impact and member engagement.

"Excellence in execution requires meticulous planning and unwavering commitment from every member of the leadership team."

Adomako Ebenezer, Vice President

Commitment to Excellence

The executive committee reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, accountability, and member-centered leadership. Regular progress reviews, open communication channels, and feedback mechanisms will ensure that the leadership remains responsive to members' needs and concerns.

With clear plans now in place and a united leadership team, GIMPA-TEIN is well-positioned to deliver an exceptional academic year that advances both individual development and collective impact.
